Add to the cycle the fact that those who see their paper money worth less, are more likely to try to install it in what should be a safer place, i.e., buying property and the like. So the appearance of inflation itself can lead to more spending in this way, for those who have cash savings. If I am not correct in this (I am no economist), please tell me.
